    Getting on the stage - The first 10 weeks

    Hi guys! My name is Gabriel and I'm from Brazil but living in Orlando - FL right now.
    Sorry for my bad english, I can make some mistakes sometimes but it's because I've been here for about only one year and I am still learning the language.

    I never posted here before, and the reason that I am posting right now it's because I am starting my career as a bodybuilder and I would like to share it with you guys.

    So first things first:
    I have 21 years old, and my weight is around 205 lbs and my height is 5'9.

    This log will be about my first 10 weeks of protocol of this path. I will be bulking up for 10 weeks, after that I am planning to do 4-6 weeks with only testosterone to rebuild my cholesterol levels, liver health and etc. After that I gonna start my prep.
    Everything could change. But this is what I have in mind right now.

    For this 10 weeks I will be using:
    900mg testosterone enanthate
    1000mg boldenone
    450mg nandrolone
    300mg npp
    300mg tren E
    50mcg T3 (25mcg morning/25mcg before sleep)
    2.5mg letrozol


    All the products above are from MTS (Med-Tech Solutions)

    Diet

    Meal 1 - pre workout (200mg caffeine + 5mg of iombine)
    3 eggs
    2 bananas
    50 grams of oats
    20 grams whey protein
    20 grams peanut butter
    Little bit of honey

    Meal 2 - Post workout
    30 g whey protein
    1 apple

    Meal 3
    350 grams (12oz) of cooked rice
    7oz of chicken breast

    Meal 4
    14oz. Pasta (any)
    7oz chicken breast
    Sauce to my heart's content

    Meal 5
    2 eggs
    250ml of greek yogurt
    30 grams of whey protein
    30 grams of granola
    30 grams of peanut butter
    1 apple

    I am using 200mcg of chromium picolinate 3x a day (morning, post workout and before sleep).
    Before sleep I also use multivitamin, vitamin D 5.000ui, vitamin C 1g and B complex.

    Workout routine

    I train 6x/week.
    Chest/Back/Quads/Delts/Arms/Hams


    Calves with Quads and hams.
    Trapz with back and delts.

    For this moment I will start my routine building some strenght first. Lots of weights and low reps (like 4 sets of 6 reps per exercise).

    I also gonna do 20 minutes of cardio after my workout.

    I am a Chef in a italian restaurant so I have a pretty intense routine. I gonna try to update the log daily or every 2 days.

    I am open for suggestions, advices or whatever you guys wanna say to me.

    Just came back from my chest workout.
    Was like this:
    4 sets of incline bench with dumbells (75 lbs for 8 reps and 85lbs for 6 reps)
    4 sets of flat bench with dumbells (80lbs for 6 reps)
    4 sets of chest dips until failure
    3 sets at the fly machine with 140lbs for 10 reps
    5 sets of 6 reps at the bench press machine with 150lbs

    60 seconds of rest between the sets. Always controlling and feeling the movements.

    I consider my chest one of my weak points of my physique, what do you guys think? I am thinking about raising the calories a little bit on chest days.

    Some guys from other forum that I am doing this log didn't liked my cycle. I gonna try to explain why that I choose those drugs.
    It's gonna be a copy/paste from the other forum, I am answering a guy who told me to use anadrol, insulin, aromasin and who also said that eq is a crap.

    *The reason that I am using NPP and DECA together: They are the same with different times of action. I will be using 800mg of Nandrolone, but 300mg of this 800mg Will be a fast-acting ester and gonna work as a kick start for my cycle. A Lot of people do this with testosterone (mixing propionate with enanthate or some other ester). Plus, I've never used npp, and I want to see how my body reacts.

    *Why not anadrol:
    I've already used anadrol in the past, but I experienced some bad side effects. My blood pressure goes to the sky, my stomach was using to be sick all the time, no hunger at all. All of these side effects I was able to control by using other medicines. But I believe that if you have to use one medicine to get rid of the side effect of a drug, this drug is not for you.

    *Aromasin:
    I am not a guy who has a high E2 levels. Even with high doses of test (I've already used 1.4g) my e2 keeps stable with very low doses of arimidex. Im just using letrozol right now because is what I have in my hands. I gonna split the tab in two parts and take half on monday and half on thursday.

    *Other crap/Extra-oils:
    I am assuming that you are talking about the boldenone. I like EQ. It gives me some strenght, some real good density and hunger. I've never used 1000mg, will be the first time. If I feel that is going to be a waste of money I just lower the dose to 600mg (which I am used to).

    *INSULIN:
    I've already used insulin before. I know how It Works and how it should be used. I never took it without hgh though. Cause I think that the insulin only manipulate water inside your body, once you stop you lose It all. I gonna use It again eventually on carb-ups during some restricted diet or at the final week before the champ.

    It's a boatload of gear imo. 3 grams of gear seems a bit excessive.

    Id drop the tren and keep it for prep since it screws your bloodwork hard. Wouldn't use t3 too but if you're set on that, keep it at 25mcg. Ditch the letro or use it at a VERY low dose, id rather use adex instead.

    Test 900
    Npp 400
    Bold (if you want to)

    Should be plenty. Id rather use more in prep than in a bulk.

    Also, food looks pretty low for a bulk

    Hey guys!
    My order arrived yesterday so I am officialy into the 10 weeks now.
    Before that I was using only 200mg/week of Test E. The diet was the same that above.
    Now with the gear I will be raising the calories intake a little bit more by adding some more eggs, oats and rice.
    The workout routine will be the same as above and I also gonna keep the 20 minutes of cardio after the workout.
    I gonna start to track my weight tomorrow to see how I exactly gonna proceed with the diet cause I am not looking to gain a huge amount of weight.

    For the next 2 or 3 weeks I gonna still keep working on my strenght by using a lot of weights and low reps. After that I will be mixing this with some technics like FST-7, GVT...

    Still using 50mcg of T3. I am thinking about take It off little by little and see how my body reacts. Cause I feel that with 50mcg is hard to fill all of my glycogen up. Same as yombine.

    100% agreed about the food and T3. I already change it.
    But I don't agree about the gear. Of course that less is better but my body response is better at higher doses. And I don't have any side effects though. Bloodwork it's always fine... Plus ironically the only side effects that I had since I started using steroids was when I was running low test and low deca. My e2 went crazy, my mood was up and down all the time...
