    Deca 900mg Week
    Bolde 900mg Week
    Dianabol 50mg Day
    HGH 8ius Day
    Lantus 50ius Day
    Humalog 70ius Day
    Exemestano 25mcg 3x Week
    T4 100mcg Day

    This is the best to grow .

    1 500ml egg whites + 500gr Rice
    2 500gr potato + 250gr til√°pia
    3 125gr cream of Rice + 50gr dextrose + 2 scoops whey proteína
    Intra workout : 150gr dextrose +10gr glutamina +10gr creatina
    4 150gr dextrose + 100 whey proteína
    5 500gr Rice + 250gr chicken + fruit salad + 60gr honey
    6 500gr spagheti + 250gr red meat
    7 250ml egg whites + 250ml milk + 2 bananas + 100gr oats + 60gr honey

    thats a beastly diet. i presume pasta and rice is measured after cooking. before cooking seems impossible

    whats the macros like, protein carbs fats total
