    Best way to train

    Never train more than 3 days row, and never more than 5 days week
    Never go over 60min
    12 sets big muscles and 9 sets small
    only one set to failure per exercise
    reps from 5 to 10

    and you will grow much more

    I don't know about this. I train basically 5 days per week and 2 days off. Never had issues Though I do sets of 20 reps for everything. Works fine. Still massive regardless of 5 reps or 20 reps. Safer on the joints and tendons.

    Yes i understand and we mostly at age over 40 need to take care joints and of course higher reps are safer . I just get rid of squats and deadlifts because to much risk.
