    I hope it’s just internal bleed or swelling but got a sling giving myself rest until Monday very gutted here but keeping positive and hope it comes down quick and it’s not torn because if I tore it I would have felt it in the gym I didn’t feel it until yesterday I think it’s just swelling slight bleed which heals quick definitely don’t think it’s a tear but it’s painful but not enough to stop

    iced it on and of ibuprofen
    swelling came way down

    Back in the gym Monday no time to be resting had months of resting and when I’ve got the opportunity here and growing well got to Keepit going we all get little set back but not enough to stop progressing

    Monday I will begin logging my training work around it and update daily

    Good overall workout strength will now be back and workouts will be progressive i do a all out heavy set then back of set on top pressing movements volume still little higher but working well.


    did extra side rear front delts not writing down

    neck pain way down and wasn’t any issues as it’s not on the neck more the bone clavicle area

    That is a huge workout damm and also alot of protein on diet . If you dont grow with this give up. You dont use any fruits on diet? Some people dont believe on fruit for bodybuilders , are you one of them?

    Should I lower protein intake a little do you think? any thoughts suggestions welcomed

    fruits I love I normally eat bananas pineapple apples I do not eat vegetables that’s one thing because of volume of food but I will add In bananas again

    if you dont eat fruits and vegetables use psylium husk before bed . protein is the building block , so the more you eat the more you grow , only problem is digestion , take alot enzimes and probiotics
