After an X-ra, Apparently I have a mild form of arthritis behind the left knee so I’m told from the doctors. Here’s me thinking i need a little psychotherapy and now this. I normally find Double legged reverse curls help To elevate to pain But with no gyms being open its coming back. Running, hiking over time make it flare up then I bounce on my bike.
It’s only supposed to be a mild form of arthritis but at my age Iv got at least 15-20 years left of good Time.
Do any of you guys suffer from the same Condition and what do you do relive the strain?
